What areas do you serve?
We work the Lake Norman region and roughly 40 miles around it — Mooresville, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Troutman and Statesville, across Iredell, Lincoln, Catawba and northern Mecklenburg counties.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We walk the property, talk through the scope and give you a fixed written price with no obligation and no charge. The fastest way to start is a phone call to 704.775.3329.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Lake Norman Land Works LLC carries general liability and workers compensation coverage, and we can send certificates directly to your builder, lender or HOA on request.
How soon can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks. We own our equipment rather than renting it, so our schedule is not gated by a rental yard's availability. Emergency and storm work is often same week.
Do you give fixed prices or hourly rates?
Fixed written prices on nearly everything. You approve a scope, a schedule and a number before a machine rolls off the trailer. Hourly only applies where the scope genuinely cannot be defined up front, and we tell you that in advance.
What happens to the trees and debris you remove?
Your choice, and it affects the price. Debris can be hauled off by the load, mulched in place with a forestry head, or burned on site where the county permits it. Mulching is usually cheapest because nothing gets trucked.
